I ...I'm so impressed with you and your jogging! I have fallen badly out of the habit, to the point where last time I went, I really struggled and ended up walking most of my 2-mile route. I've been toying with the idea of re-starting C25K but this time doing it exclusively outside, with the jogging stroller, rather than on the treadmill, since I've found jogging w/ the toddler to be a LOT more difficult than jogging with out. But I also noticed that when I was jogging with him regularly, the times I went out without him felt insanely easy and fast and like I could just keep going forever. So maybe if I start from "scratch" but with increased difficulty, I'll be better able to keep it up in the long run?
