Day 1 of #Whole30 is off to a good start! Whole family had eggs for #backtoschool breakfast; I'm enjoying my lunch of tuna salad (made with homemade mayo) over super greens (spinach, kale, chard) with homemade ranch; and the pork carnitas I prepped last night are slow cooking in the crock pot for dinner! Just need to decide what veggie to serve with the carnitas.
